Carol Cox
Founder & CEO
Carol has always been active in the community – whether involved in technology and business groups, political organizations, or non-profits. She is past chair of the Seminole County (Florida) Democratic Executive Committee. She is an experienced database developer and programmer and has managed and developed projects for such Fortune 500 companies as Office Depot and Lowe’s as well as for well-known brands like Popeye’s, Church’s Chicken, and Cinnabon. Carol also teaches Internet business and marketing classes at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Carol holds a Master’s degree from Emory University, and she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree.
Edward Burns

Edward is the lead programmer for CivicLink. As a programmer and database developer, Edward has developed projects for such Fortune 500 companies as Office Depot, Lowe’s, and Coca-Cola. Prior to working with CivicLink, Edward spearheaded web and database projects for such Atlanta web design firms as What’s Up Interactive and Creatigy.
